Bigg Boss 7 winner, model Gauahar Khan was slapped by a member from the audience while she was hosting the grand finale of ‘India’s Raw Star’, a reality show, at Film City in Mumbai.Reportedly, a 24-year-old man from the audience, Akil Malik, touched Gauahar and then slapped her, saying being a Muslim woman, she should not have worn such a short dress, Aarey Colony police said.
Her boyfriend actor Kushal Tandon, however, said, “What happened is disgusting. It is the production house’s fault as it’s their responsibility to ensure the security of the cast and crew. I feel the security wasn’t tight enough or else how would a guy just walk up to a celebrity like this? What if he had a knife or acid in hand? There should have been bouncers on the stage. We are going to take it up strongly; we will not leave this guy!”

Slapping Gauahar took Bollywood by storm. A few celebrities took to Twitter expressing their disgust over the incident.
