Shahid Kapoor apparently took cues from his character in his upcoming film Shaandaar, while organising his own wedding functions.
It’s usual that actors get in touch with their real-life emotions and experiences while portraying certain characters on the big screen. However, the opposite turned out to be true for Shahid Kapoor recently.
The actor will be seen playing a wedding planner in his next film. Apparently, he took cues from his character while organising his own nuptials. He got married to Mira Rajput in Delhi last month, July 07, 2015.

“The actor learnt so much about the planning that goes into putting a wedding together, as well as the various tasks involved, like preparing the guest list or designing the cards. All that knowledge came in handy during his own marriage,” says an insider.
In fact, for his wedding, along with his planner, Shahid personally took care of all the minute details that go into executing the event.
Shahid’s spokesperson confirmed the news, saying, “Shahid personally looked into his marriage arrangements, and it was beautifully organised.”
Shaandaar is produced by Karan Johar, and will hit screens on October 22, 2015.
