MUMBAI: While a recent piece of news reported by a tabloid stated actress Katrina Kaif being unable to promote her forthcoming film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ due to food poisoning, sources close to the actress clarify that such was not the case.
States the source, “Katrina was ill and was suffering from a bad flu and not food poisoning as reported by a popular publication – She has never been the kind to skip any of her professional commitments and has never let health get in the way.”
Confirms Katrina’s official spokesperson, Katrina has been down with a bad flu since Saturday morning but despite that fulfilled her prior commitment and walked for Manish Malhotra at the Delhi Couture Week. Since the release of Ek Tha Tiger was 2 days away, it was a collective call that she should rest it out for a day. She is now perfectly fine and will resume promoting the film with Salman Khan as per schedule.”
