Director Madhur Bhandarkar whose films are inspired by real life stories has come up with yet another film, Calendar Girls. After many speculations, here comes the first sizzling poster of the film.
The poster is quite appealing where the gorgeous girls are seen in intense and sizzling looks. Well, with these hot appearances of the actresses on the poster will surely increase the excitement before its launch.
The film is based on the story of lives of five models who have their one year glory and than they disappear. What inspired the director to do the film was when he came across an old kingfisher calendar and than realized that those girls are now nowhere. That’s how triggered the point where he came p with this film.
The director has come up with new faces for this film as he wanted girls next door and not established ones. Produced by Sangeeta Ahir’s Manglmurti Films, ‘Calendar Girls’ is directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. It stars debutants Akanksha Puri, Avani Modi, Kyra Dutt, Ruhi Singh and Satarupa Pyne. The film is set for release on August 7, 2015.
