[tps_footer]We don’t know joke is on whom, but it seems Mohit Raina aka Mahadev from teleworld was threatening for Vikram Bhatt’s Creature. Apparently, he was approached to play the lead opposite Bipasha Basu in the film, but was cancelled later due to his on screen persona.
It is heard that the makers felt Mohit’s on screen image as Mahadev was all-consuming for a Creature to withstand it. He will have a powerful impact than the creature and so the makers went against him. That’s when they signed Pakistani actor Imran Abbas Naqvi for the role.
Well, after watching the trailer we think it was good that Mohit Raina didn’t join the film. Imran was a no show at the trailer launch and even in the trailer, he was hardly seen. Interestingly, he looked as a prop in the film, only a much prettier one. Our Mahdev deserves something bigger and better. We are sure Mohit is not lamenting at all!
