[tps_footer]Jiah Khan suicide case might soon see a conclusion. In the year 2013, actress Jiah Khan was found hanging in her apartment. Actor Sooraj Pancholi who was in a serious relationship with Jiah was the main accused in the case. It was reported that Sooraj was the main culprit because of whom Jiah took the decision to end her life. Jiah’s mother Rabia approached the court and appealed that the case be transferred to the CBI.

Rabia also urged that her daughter did not commit suicide and that she was murdered. The case was then transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation. The latest update on the case is that after the investigations, the CBI has concluded that Jiah Khan’s death was caused by suicide and not by murder.

Rabia had proposed the theory that someone entered Jiah’s room from the window and that is how she was killed. During the course of the investigation, the investigation team did not find any such evidence. The proofs collected from the investigation also did not support Rabia’s theory.
The plea by Rabia Khan will be decided on August 23rd. Until then the interim stay on Sooraj Pancholi’s trail will be on. Jiah Khan’s mother has now demanded that the probe be handled by the Special Investigation Team.
Justice Naresh Patil has ordered Rabia to submit a list of anomalies in the investigation on August 23rd.
