The actor has been in a meticulous weight training schedule for the past 8 weeks to get into the look of his character, that of a wrestler.
He has put on about 8-9 kilos since he started preparing for Warrior. These changes in his physicality have led to the actor’s clothes becoming smaller for him as his body is more bulked up now. So, whenever he gets some time, he goes for shopping on and off and is thoroughly enjoying this juncture.
He doesn’t only follow strenuous workout sessions daily but is also keeping a close check on what he has been consuming. He makes sure he eats food rich in proteins and eats healthy every 2 – 3 hours.
The actor is very excited for the film and is not complaining about his weight. He says ‘ “It’s (his new look) going to be completely different from what I have done till date.”
