MUMBAI: Ameesha Patel off lately seems to be in a straight talk mode. No diplomacy, no goody-goody behavior.

At a radio interview, where the actress was promoting her upcoming film ‘Shortcut Romeo,’ along with co-star Neil Nitin Mukesh, the actress was in no mood to mince words against Subhash Ghai and talked about filmy politics.

She raised an issue as old as twelve years ago and spoke about how she was ousted from Subhash Ghai’s ‘Yaadein’ and was unceremoniously replaced by Kareena Kapoor.

She didn’t stop even when an embarrassed Neil Nitin Mukesh wondered what the lady was saying, and expressed relief and happiness in spite of the ouster considering her lucky with the film’s final box-office result.
