The actress Anushka Sharma married the star cricketer Virat Kohli in a private wedding in Tuscany, Italy. Post their marriage the couple had went for a honeymoon in Rome and Finland.
They returned to India to throw their wedding reception parties. One was in New Delhi on December 21 for their relatives. The function was even graced by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Another one was organised on December 26 for people from the Bollywood and cricket industry.
After the reception parties, the couple left for Cape Town, South Africa, where the cricketer has to play for the upcoming series. India will battle SA in 3 tests, 6 ODIs and 3 T20s, starting from January 5, this year.
The actress will return to the country soon to start shooting for her upcoming films. She is going to resume shooting for Aanand L Rai’s next untitled project. The title of the film is going to be revealed today at 5 PM. The film also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
Anushka will also start prepping for the film Sui Dhaga alongside Varun Dhawan. She also has to start with the post-production work of her home project Pari, which is a horror-thriller film.
