PK Director Rajkumar Hirani Injured In A Bike Accident, Rushed To Hospital

PK director Rajkumar Hirani was rushed into a hospital after he met with a horrible bike accident. Reportedly, the ace filmmaker fell off a motorbike and injured his jaw. Rajkumar Hirani was instantly rushed into Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. Reportedly, the director has fractured his jaw and has a cut on his face.

Reports further reveal that the director is fine now and will be soon discharged from the hospital. Luckily, Rajukumar Hirani didn’t suffer any major injuries. PK director met with the accident when he was riding a bike, Royal Enfield Bulled, that belongs to his employee but he couldn’t manage bike’s weight and he skidded and fell from the bike. Since he wasn’t riding fast, Rajkumar Hirani didn’t face any serious injuries. The accident took place between late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.

The director was scheduled to undergo a surgery for his injuries today, on Tuesday at 8 am. A doctor from Lilavati Hospital spoke on the 52-year-old director’s health by saying that he is in the intensive care unit and is stable with no serious injuries.

Rajkumar Hirani has given us some amazing films such as Munna Bhai series, 3 Idiots, PK and many more. His latest film PK, which featured Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan, is the biggest hit ever in Bollywood.

Currently Rajkumar Hirani is prepping for a biopic on Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt. If rumours are anywhere to be true, the lead actor to play Sanjay Dutt’s character in the biopic may be Barfi actor Ranbir Kapoor. However, no one has yet confirmed the news.
