Poland Welcomes Salman Khan’s Kick With Style!

Salman Khan Main coverIt is now the norm to shoot a for film’s special number, dream sequence or climax in a foreign locale. Since time immemorial, Bollywood has been following this pattern. And now, we hear that the Dabangg and macho Salman Khan carries the tradition forward, for his upcoming release, Kick.

The handsome superstar was spotted in the Polish capital of Warsaw, shooting the deadly and gravity defying stunts for the climax of Kick. Reportedly, the film sees Salman perform many daring and death-defying stunts, and the climax is the pinnacle of those.

Salman and the Kick team landed in Warsaw over the weekend, to shoot an important part of the climax. Warsaw was selected because of its “tall buildings and river bridges”. And reportedly, even the Polish Government is keen on hosting Bollywood’s tiger aka Salman Khan.

Said Monika Kapil Mohta, Indian ambassador to Poland, “We have been urging Bollywood producers and directors to use Poland for their outdoor shooting for the past three years. Now they have seen the virtue of using Poland’s natural beauty, which is no less than Switzerland.”

The scene in question in the climax sequence will involve Salman Khan jumping off that famed Gdanski Bridge on the river Vistula. According to sources, there may even involve a sequence of helicopter crash scenes.

Director Sajid Nadiadwala will reportedly fly in a mammoth team of 70 technicians to join the Polish stunt-men. Warsaw city authorities too have given the green light to shooting these scenes outdoors.

Kick, starring Salman Khan, Randeep Hooda and Jacqueline Fernandes will release later this year.
