The Salman– Anushka starrer has crossed its nine days at the box office. The day wise collection of the much hyped film is Rs. 36.59 crore net approx. on Wednesday, Rs.37.25 crore net approx. on Thursday, Rs.31.50 crore net approx. on Friday, Rs.36.50 crore net approx. on Saturday, Rs.38.25 crore net approx. on Sunday, Rs.15.50 crore net approx. on Monday, Rs.13 crore net approx. on Tuesday, Rs. 11 crore net approx. on Wednesday and Rs. 9.50 crore net approx. on Thursday.
The total collection of ‘Sultan’ for nine days comes to Rs. 229.9 crore net approx. For the first time since its release, ‘Sultan’ has seen a drop of below 10 crore net approx. The Thursday collection was Rs.9.50 crore net approx. which was the lowest until now.

The film had already broken the collection records of ‘Krissh 3′, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Happy New Year ‘ in its five day run at the box office. Moreover, ‘Sultan’ was on par with the films ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Kick’ in its seventh day.
The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial has now entered the big league and is now competing with the earnings of ‘Dhoom 3′, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Pk’. The film ‘Great Grand Masti’ has hit the screens today and Salman’s film would hardly suffer a crunch of 10 crore to 11 crore.[/tps_footer]
