The film maker is known to lock himself for a month during the post-production of his films. Raj Kumar Hirani recently bought a bunglow in Goregaon and modified one of his room into editing and dubbing studio.

Raj Kumar Hirani, is one of the best film directors we have in the movie business. Hirani was an editor before he became a director. The director has two studios where he works on the edit of his films; one in Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s office and the other one in his own house which is at Goregaon.

The most successful cinematic endevour of Bollywood 3idiots, Raj Kumar Hirani is busy with his next film ‘PK’ starring Aamir Khan. Raj Kumar Hirani has a unique style of working. He locks himself in a room for long hours working on the editing of his films. Hirani does not prefer wasting time in commuting, instead he edits both in his studios depending on the convenience he gets. He has asked everyone including his family members not to disturb him while working.

The director and editor, Hirani, feels that apart from shooting, editing is also very important. Raju Hirani has mastered good content films and is always seen as a very calm and composed person on the set.

PK starring Aamir Khan has created a huge buzz with the posters and the trailer. The film is slated to release on December 19, 2014.
