As per reports in a Tabloid, The Pali Hill Residents’ Association–worried that constant movement of men and machinery will ruin the neighbourhood’s beauty and quiet -have handed a list of guidelines to the actor, warning him that any deviation could lead to fines and legal trouble. According to the guidelines, construction work should be carried out only between 8 am and 7 pm; only one dumper truck will be allowed in the area at any given time; and no part of the road or sidewalk should be blocked. Rishi Kapoor has been asked to ensure that all these guidelines are strictly followed so that the neighbours are not troubled and the work is done smoothly.
