Bollywood diva Rekha will be making her comeback to the silver screen with Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria’s family entertainer ‘Super Nani’ and the filmmakers recently revealed that Rekha was the first and only choice for the role.

Talking about the decision to cast Rekha, Indra Kumar said, “When we finalized the story, we realized that Rekha was the only actress who could pull this off with her superior acting skills and her powerful screen presence and charisma.
We did not even think about any other actress for the role and thankfully, Rekha agreed to be a part of the film when we approached her. The rest, as they say, is history.”
Presented by Bharat Shah, Produced by Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria, Directed by Indra Kumar, ‘Super Nani’ also stars Sharman Joshi, Shweta Kumar, Anupam Kher and Randhir Kapoor.
‘Super Nani’ is slated to release on October 31.
