Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan To Be Banned In UP?

Hit-and-run-SalmanMost awaited film of the year, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is hardly a few days away from its release, and well it’s too soon to say that all is well with the film. Salman Khan’s ambitious project Bajrangi Bhaijaan might knock the door of the court soon. Yes! A PIL (Public Interest Litigation) has been filed by an activist Anil Pradhan at the Allahabad High Court.

A PIL is a tool which connects the public with its jurisdiction and making the use of it, activist Anil Pradhan has filed a PIL for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The reason cited for the PIL application by Anil is to seek ban on the release of the film Bajrangi Bhaijaan as it will hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindus. It is being said that the film contains certain sequences which are hurtful towards Hindu sentiments.

Salman Khan who likes to be frank and open about his movies had once stated that this movie is not about religion but is about humanity which relies in every individual. After this legal advancement, we doubt whether everyone will take it in this stride.

The movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan is very much in news, because of its hard hitting promotions. Salman is leaving no space unexplored for his film. The tale of the movie revolves around a little Pakistani girl who crosses the border unknowingly and lands in India stranded. The movie also stars beautiful actress Kareena Kapoor Khan and beloved villain of Bollywood Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

The songs of the movie have hit the chart busters already, the audience all the more excited to witness Kareena and Salman’s chemistry on screen, the amazing pair also shared screen space in the hit film Bodyguard. Directed by Kabir Khan the movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan is set to hit the theaters on July 17th.
