Sara Ali Khan has been approached by a famous filmmaker for their upcoming project.

Looks like Sara Ali Khan is filling her kitty with projects before wrapping up debut film ‘Kedarnath’. If reports are to believed, the starlet has been roped in by one more filmmaker for his upcoming project.

We previously told you Sara has been approached by Anushka Sharma for a project with her production house Clean Slate Films. The production house is co-owned by Anushka, her brother Karnesh Sharma and KriArj Entertainment. The untitled film is said to be a social drama.

Seemingly, Sara took this bold move due to delay in Kedarnath’s filming.

Reportedly, ‘Kedarnath’ director Abhishek Kapoor did not want Sara to sign up more projects before wrapping up debut film opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.  However, the young actress did not wish to wait too long.

As for her third project, Sara has been approached by Kara Johar!

Apparently, Karan was interested in introducing Sara to Bollywood. There were strong rumorsstating
Sara would make her debut with Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 2. However, Abhishek Kapoor had already signed Sara up for Kedarnath.

A source stated, “Karan was very keen to launch Sara Ali Khan. In fact, he was morally committed to launch Saif (Ali Khan) and Amrita’s(Singh) daughter. Before he could find the right vehicle, Sara was whisked away by Abhishek Kapoor to do ‘Kedarnath’ while Karan got busy with the launch of the other star-daughter Jahnvi Kapoor. But he hasn’t forgotten his commitment to Sara and he will be producing Sara’s second film.”

No official announcement has been made regarding this “morally committed” project. Karan is busy with the ongoing filming of ‘Dhadak’ in Udaipur. The first stills of the film were unveiled yesterday. ‘Dhadak’ is expected to release on July 6, 2018.

Sara Ali Khan’s debut film Kedarnath is expected to release on December 21, 2018.
