Shahid Kapoor’s film Farzi, which was originally to release by the end of 2014, was delayed. Earlier, it was reported that Shahid Kapoor’s Farzi had been shelved but going by the recent reports, the film is soon to go on floor. Apparently the film isn’t shelved, the makers are soon to start Farzi’s pre-production work and most likely, the film will start with the shoot pretty soon.
Shahid will be playing a white-collar criminal in the movie. Kriti Sanon, who was Tiger Shroff‘s leading lady in Heropanti, will play the female lead. The film also features actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK will direct the movie. The duo had previously directed their last film Happy Ending together.
Shahid will be seen romancing with Kriti Sanon for the first time in their upcoming movie Farzi. Well, Shahid’s Farzi was delayed as the makers were still working on the script of the film.
As reported, by the time Farzi goes on floor, actor Shahid will finish with his Udta Punjab’s shooting. Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, Udta Punjab also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt.
