Actress Sonam Kapoor has been recently discharged from Kokilaben hospital suffering from respiratory infection. It seems Sonam Kapoor is going through a bad luck these days.
Few days ago, Sonam Kapoor lost a diamond necklace from her bungalow. She lodged a complaint with the Juhu police on February 5.
According to the reports, Sonam and her mother Sunita lodged the complaint of the theft under section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Sonam Kapoor in her complaint said that she attended a party on February 4 in Bandra where she was wearing the same jewellery and returned late night after the party.
After returning from the party, she kept the necklace in a drawer in her room at 2 am, and later she found it missing on the same day morning. Reports say that actress was given some jewellery by the well known jeweller for the endorsement. The actress was wearing the same jewellery since then for all the parties.
She found the jewellery missing when the jeweller’s representative came to collect it.
The necklace was worth 5 Lakh. Reports also say that the Juhu police has begun with the investigation and are also questioning the domestic helper of their house. The police will also check the CCTV footage of the party that Sonam had attended to find whether she was wearing the necklace when she left the venue.
There is no buzz by Sonam Kapoor regarding this whole incident till now.
