Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are the evergreen on-screen couple of Bollywood. The duo has been creating magic from DDLJ to their last release Dilwale and the chemistry which they share onscreen have always been the pleasure to watch. Very few are aware of this that SRK’s and Kajol’s friendship did not start on a very good note. Shah Rukh Khan, who has been always praising his good friend Kajol on various occasions, had once said to Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan that she is very bad.
“When I was working with her in Baazigar, Aamir asked me about her as he wanted to work with her. I left him a message saying, ‘She is very bad, no focus, you will not be able to work with her’. And then I saw the rushes in the evening. I kept calling Aamir to clarify. I told him, ‘I don’t know what it is but she is magical on the screen’,” Shah Rukh Khan had said earlier.
Well with such a bad start who knew they would be great friends and the most loved onscreen couple? The Raees actor also revealed that he wants his daughter Suhana to follow the footsteps of Kajol when she works in Bollywood. “Kajol is not technical, she is an honest actor and that’s a great quality. My daughter (Suhana) wants to become an actress and I would want her to learn that. I hope I learn that from Kajol,” said SRK. “I can’t explain but she is something else on screen,” he added.
On the work front, SRK will be next seen in Dear Zindagi in an extended cameo opposite Alia Bhatt whereas Kajol is busy with the international promotions of her husband Ajay Devgn’s much-awaited film Shivaay.
