Khoobsurat actress Sonam Kapoor expressed her views on the actors who performed in Haider. While Sonam was all praises for Tabu, the Dolly Ki Doli actress felt that Shraddha‘s role in the film was that of a supporting actress. You are certainly wondering why Sonam said so?
Well, Tabu won Best Supporting Actress award for her brilliant performance in Haider, and this was Sonam Kapoor’s reaction to it, “By no means was she the supporting actress in Haider. According to me the part played by Shraddha Kapoor was the supporting role. Tabu was one of the film’s leads.”

When asked how she felt for being nominated for several Best Actress awards for her role in Khoobsurat and yet not winning one this year, Sonam Kapoor said, “The fact that I was nominated was more than enough for me. Kangana Ranaut gave a far more mature performance in Queen. Her role was far more resonant than mine. If I was a jury member, I’d give her the award.”
Not only Kangana, but Sonam is all praises for Priyanka Chopra as well. Bollywood’s fashionista loved Priyanka‘s performance in Mary Kom and for Sonam, Priyanka‘s act in Mary Kom and Kangana‘s act in Queen were the best performance in any Best Acting, be in Male or Female category, this year.
Sonam Kapoor took the nominations on a good sport. The actress was nominated four times this year and is hoping that maybe she’ll get lucky the fifth time.
