Shruti Haasan Sings For Herself In Akshay Kumar Starrer Gabbar

After singing for her sister Akshara Haasan and Sonakshi Sinha, Shruti Haasan finally sings for herself in her upcoming film Gabbar, which also stars Akshay Kumar. The song, which is a modern, edgy and pop love number, will be picturized on Shruti herself.

In case you didn’t know, the beautiful actress is a trained classical singer. She already sang two songs this year. One for Sonakshi, which was ‘Joganiya’ in Tevar. Another was ‘Stereophonic Sannata’ for her sister Akshara in Shamitabh. Both the songs impressed the audiences. Well, we are really excited to hear the new song by the very talented Bollywood actress.

Gabbar, or also known as Main Gabbar, which is an official remake of 2002 Tamil film Ramanaa. Directed by Krish, the film also features Prakash Raj and Sonu Sood in pivotal roles. Produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film was earlier scheduled to release in January, but due to some reasons, the film is postponed. Now most likely, it will hit theatres on May 1, 2015.
