MUMBAI: Recently, the makers of Bollywood’s most awaited film this year, ‘Dabangg 2’, released the much touted song ‘Pandeyji Maare Seeti’.
Fans following the videos of ‘Dabangg 2’ were disappointed to find that ‘Munni’ Malaika Arora Khan was not spotted in even a single frame! Looks like Director Arbaaz Khan wanted to keep this a surprise!
“You can’t leave Munni out of Dabangg 2, but where and when she comes in is a surprise.” This little titbit of information about the item songs in the sequel of the ever popular ‘Dabangg’ has come from singer-composer Wajid from the Sajid-Wajid duo.
While news of the new Mrs. Kareena Kapoor Khan sizzling the screen with ‘Fevicol Se’ have been making the rounds. It was also being said the Salman Khan’s sexy sister-in-law Malaika Arora Khan will not have screen time for the sequel of the popular Dabangg.
However, it seems that she’ll be making an appearance after all!
Sajid-Wajid have almost finishing composing the score for ‘Pandeyji Maare Seeti’. Sonakshi Sinha, who plays Salman Khan’s wife, will be part of the number and Malaika will make an appearance at a surprising juncture of the song. Apparently, director Arbaaz Khan and Salman consider Malaika to be their good luck charm and so they wanted to retain her in the film somehow. Also, it would be a good idea to cash in on the popularity of ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’.
