MUMBAI: Bollywood actress and yummy-mummy Sonali Bendre has a question for you: Are you India’s Best Dramebaaz? This was the question she asked at the launch of Zee TV’s latest show, ‘India’s Best Dramebaaz’ here in the city.
Joining Sonali in her quest to find India’s Best Dramebaaz was actor Viveik Oberoi and director Anurag Basu. The trio will judge the newest reality TV show to hit TV screens, which aims to find “exceptionally talented kids between the ages of 5-12 years, who have an innovative and creative mind and an inclination to act.” The show starts on 23rd February, and will be hosted by TV actors Ragini Khanna and Rithvik Dhanjani.
We spotted Sonali in a yellow sari, while Viveik (the newly minted proud papa; since his wife Priyanka gave birth to a beautiful baby boy just last week) wore a black tee, blue denims and a tan leather jacket. Filmmaker Anurag Basu was seen in a black shirt, blue jeans and silver-grey blazer.
Popular TV actor Rithvik Dhanjani, who will be hosting the show, said, “My role in Pavitra Rishta has been widely appreciated and the show remains one of the top-rated shows. So, when they approached me to host India’s Best Dramebaaz, it was difficult for me to turn down their offer. I am getting an opportunity to interact with so many talented children and the audience will get to see a more easy-going, fun-loving aspect of my personality.”
