Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is finally discharged from hospital after being tested positive for swine flu.

Sonam Kapoor who was admitted to Kokilaben hospital last week, took to twitter announcing the happy news that she is going back home. She tweeted, Discharged!!!!!! Home sweet home!!!

Sonam Kapoor was shooting with actor Salman Khan for Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo at Gondal in Gujarat from last 10 days. The actress was suffering from high fever and cold so she had to visit for her blood check up which were tested positive for Swine flu.
Sonam Kapoor’s mother Sunita Kapoor had visited Gujarat and took her by air-ambulance. Immediately she was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital.
