MUMBAI: Bollywood’s yummiest hunk, Hrithik Roshan is a child at heart. Don’t believe us? Read on…
Superstar Hrithik Roshan was spotted at an event to launch the ‘Hot Wheels Thrill Machine’, here in Mumbai yesterday. The ‘Krrish’ star, who has always been a hit with the kids, has now taken his role as children’s mentor quite seriously.
This is perhaps why Hrithik was at the launch of the ‘Hot Wheels Thrill Machine’. The star has been awarded the title of ‘Captain of the Hot Wheels Xtreme team’.
Looking uber chic and trendy in a black shirt-black trousers- blue blazer combo, the superstar was seen receiving the Guinness World Records certificate along with a Hot Wheels official. The world record was for ‘The largest vending machine by different items’ at the event organised by Mattel Toys at Oberoi Mall achieved by Hot Wheels. The thrill machine is the first of its kind 25 ft tall Hot Wheels machine.
Among the huge crowd that turned up to see their favourite superhero, the kids were present in the highest numbers. The superstar was even surrounded by his kiddie fans on stage, and he took time out to pose and preen with them. He signed over a dozen autographs for the kids, and was seen discussing his earliest childhood memories of playing with dinky cars as a young boy.
The superstar has been in the news lately for his alleged casting in Shekhar Kapur’s ambitious project ‘Paani’. The film is set in a future world, where water scarcity is the biggest epidemic, and water wars are common occurrence, and where International corporations use thirst as a weapon of control. This extremely interesting film will go on floors mid-2013, and is being produced by YRF.
