We just recently told you that Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar along with director Anurag Kashyap flew to Goa to promote their upcoming film Bombay Velvet and here we present you with the pictures straight from their promotional event!
At the three day Bombay Velvet promotional event, Ranbir, Anushka and Karan set the stage on fire with their performances. There was lots of dancing, music and positive vibe at the venue. In the pictures, we see Ranbir Kapoor dancing on the stage in his brown biker jacket, with a black hat on his head. The few selected people that were present at the event, cheered and applauded the actor for his amazing stage performance and then stepped in the lead actress of the film Anushka Sharma.
Dressed in beautiful black outfit, Anushka stole all the thunder at the event. The actress even shook a leg on the stage. The crowd went berserk at the event and everyone had a great time. The small bash witnessed journalists from Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Ahmedabad on Monday evening. This surely is first time that a film’s team is taking so much effort in interacting with the media. Surely, Bombay Velvet’s team has surprised us all with their unique marketing strategies to promote their film.
At the event in Goa, the entire team of the film was present. The main objective of the party was for everyone to get to know each other. The whole cast of Bombay Velvet was seen dancing with the crowd and engaging in conversations.
Directed by Anurag Kashyap, Bombay Velvet will take us back in time, as the film is set in 1960’s and will take us through the streets of Bombay before it became Mumbai.
