MUMBAI: We spotted Bollywood actor Salman Khan outside his flagship ‘Being Human’ store in Mumbai, enjoying the winter sunshine in a pair of grey tracks and a ‘Being Human’ sweatshirt.

The superstar was soon joined by a posse of friends, and a surprise visitor named Suniel Shetty. Salman Khan is naturally the best brand ambassador for his own store, and while he was standing outside waiting to receive Suniel, a gaggle of curious onlookers assembled to catch a glimpse of their favourite superstar.

Salman  is reportedly busy rehearsing for his act as awards show host, for the 8th Renault Star Guild Awards 2013 on 16 February. Rumour has it that Salman will bring his inimitable style of cheeky humour and signature one-liners to the awards night.

Says a source: “Salman is all set to entertain members of the film and television fraternity and his fans at the award ceremony. He has never done this before, so it’s quite a surprise for everyone. He has a unique style of hosting, and he will surely make for an absolute entertainer. That was the whole idea behind getting him on board.”

This awards show will also reportedly see performances from other top Bollywood stars. The source further reveals, “This news was kept under wraps for quite some time. The whole idea was to surprise everyone. For Salman, who otherwise doesn’t even go up on stage to receive his awards, doing this is a big deal. The organisers are extremely delighted.”

Well, we’re waiting to see if Salman Khan’s act as awards show host can rival that of his incredible style as reality TV show host; for fans still have quite a ‘Bigg Boss’ hangover.
