Homi Adajania‘s film Raabta has apparently hit a sea rock, if reports are to be believed, Alia Bhatt who was supposed to star opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in the movie has opted out of the film. Reports are that the film has already been delayed due to its pre-production glitches and now with this new bad news we wonder whether the film is on track or no.
Sushant Singh Rajput recently took to his twitter account and posted-

Now we wonder whom has he tweeted this for!Well we just wish all is well between Sushant and Alia and this new pair soon comes on the big screen to mesmerise the audience with their talents.
Alia Bhatt who has her kitty full with top films like Udta Punjab, Shaandaar, Kapoor & Sons and the most recent Shuddhi, apparently doesn’t want to do any romantic roles as of now. The gorgeous actress in order to take a break from her monotony of roles has opted out of Raabta.
Speculations are that the film might get shelved because it is difficult to find a replacement for Alia, however the hunt for a deserving face is still on.
On the other hand Sushant Singh Rajput who won accolades for his performance in the movie Detective Byomkesh Bakshy is now preparing for his ambitious biopic MS Dhoni: the untold story. Rumors floating around are that Alia is also keen on playing the lead opposite Sushant in the biopic; however no clarifications on the same are made yet.
