Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone who is riding high with ‘Piku’ success has always showed her concerned for ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor even after being parted. Where Ranbir Kapoor’s Bombay Velvet failed on screens, Deepika Padukone was seen celebrating Piku success.
Ram-Leela actress was seen partying with her B-Town friends celebrating success of her recent released film Piku starring Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan in lead roles. Along with other Bollywood celebs including Bombay Velvet director Anurag Basu, even Ranbir Kapoor and his beau Katrina Kaif was invited at the party. But however the duo did not turn up for Deepika’s celebrations.
Recently, during an interview Deepika Padukone expressed her concern and understanding of them not attending at her party. The actress said that she had invited Ranbir and Katrina, but she also understands that they are not in party mood currently as even she had been in the same phase in her career like them. She also said that she would never do anything such that would hurt Ranbir Kapoor.
Deepika who will feature in her upcoming film Tamasha with Ranbir Kapoor said that Ranbir always shared about his toughest role in Bombay Velvet during the shooting of Tamasha. According to her it was a very difficult character to play despite of him being a brilliant actor and its very unfair with the negativity surrounding around him currently.
On the other hand Deepika Padukone who shares a great bond with alleged beau Ranveer Singh, expressed that how amazed she is with Ranveer’s role in Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do. Recently the actress also attended the special screening of Dil Dhadakne Do with the entire team. Deepika who will be seen with Ranveer Singh in their upcoming film Bajirao Mastani took to her twitter account saying Ranveer that, “ “You can do this also?” She said that she was shocked and amazed after seeing Ranveer Singh in comfortable and more urban look.
