Recently, Arbaaz who had attended an event in Mumbai was asked about the third installment of Dabangg. To which he replied saying that the film might go on floor next year as Salman Khan is currently hooked up with few projects that are releasing this year. “Next year we will start working for Dabangg 3. Right now Bhai (Salman Khan) is busy with some of his projects like Sultan and others. Therefore, Dabangg 3 is in a queue. I cannot say the exact time, but next year for sure,”
Arbaaz said. Last year, Arbaaz Khan had revealed that the film is still at the scripting stage. Well, now that the film has no hopes to go on floor this year, we need to wait a little more to see Salman Khan in Dabangg 3 till next year. While it is too early to talk of the film’s cast and crew, can we expect Sonakshi Sinha again in the third installment of the film?

Dabangg was directed by Abhinav Kashyap and produced by Arbaaz Khan. The sequel of the film was produced as well as directed by Arbaaz Khan. And once again, Arbaaz would also direct the third installment.
Currently, Salman Khan is shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar’s Sultan, which stars Anushka Sharma also in the lead role. The actor will be essaying the role of a 40-year-old wrestler named ‘Sultan’ in the film. Sultan will release this year on Eid.[/tps_footer]
