Watch: Shah Rukh Khan’s Visit To His Trainer Prashant’s Gym

From the chocolate boy in the 1990s to the six-pack abs chiseled bodied, Shah Rukh Khan is super fit for his age. He shocked the entire nation when he transformed for Farah Khan’s superhit reincarnation saga, Om Shanti Om where he showed off his sculpted body in the song, Dard E Disco.

That was a just a start to the amazing physique which SRK still aims to have despite several injuries. This transformation he says is all thanks to his personal trainer, Prashant Sawant.

Recently, SRK tweeted a clip of him visiting Prashant’s gym, ‘Body Sculptor’ in Bandra earlier today. The Khan of Bollywood shared the video where he introduced Prashant and his team working at the gym.

Also, in the trip you see SRK being his witty self where he teases Prashant his trainer of 20 years, for only getting him 8 packs instead of 20! SRK also says that he never works out anywhere other than at his house but today he made an exception and took a trip to Prashant’s studio. King Khan claims its one of the best gyms he’s seen in the world.

Prashant has trained many other Bollywood biggies including Hrithik Roshan. In one of his earlier interviews, Prashant Sawant had spoken about how he came to working with King Khan, as he said, “I got a trainer’s job and started training people. Everyone liked my way of training, my way of understanding their body and working towards their desired physique. Things were pretty much the same until one day when I got a call from SRK’s office that he was coming down at the gym and that he wanted me to train him. I was startled but trained him anyways. He liked my way of training and my perception of what fitness is. He had a knee surgery back then so I planned the workouts keeping that in mind while making it a point to ensure that he achieved his goal and demands. Shah Rukh was very impressed by that and from that point onwards started training with me.”

Shah Rukh will be seen next in Imitaz Ali’s film alongside Anushka Sharma. The two will reunite after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
