As revealed by veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha, the biography is based on seven years of research, 37 interviews and over 200 hours of taped conversations.

With many revelations on his biography, the veteran actor was asked about his straightforward attitude. When asked about the same, Shatrughan Sinha, who is called as shotgun of Bollywood, took a potshot at PM Narendra Modi at the launch event. When Mr. Sinha was asked about his straightforward attitude, he replied saying, “Main dil ki batein karta hun, mann ki batein nahi kar sakta.” (I speak from the heart, not from the mind).
