As earlier we reported, Sonakshi Sinha is all set to make her small screening debut in Indian Idol Junior. The first promo of the reality singing show was released yesterday.
The first promo of Indian Idol Junior is very interesting and entertaining. You can see in the video Sonakshi Sinha dancing with junior Chulbul Pandey on the famous track ‘Tere Mast Mast Do Nain’ from her film Dabangg. Seems like Sonakshi has got her new Dabanng for her reality singing show Indian Idol Junior. In the recent interview, Sonakshi had said that she is excited about judging the music reality show featuring children.
After the first promo release of the show Sonakshi Sinha tweeted, “Thanks 4 the amazing response on the #IndianIdolJrTrailerguys! so kicked that u’ll r SO excited about it! Now im even MORE charged up”

The show will be hosted by Hussain Kuwajerwala and Asha Negi. Sonakshi Sinha, Salim Merchant and Vishal Dadlani will be seen as the judge of the show. The show will go on air from May 30th.
Apart from reality show, Sonakshi Sinha is also shooting for her upcoming film ‘Akira‘. Recently she completed the first ever action sequence for her film. Sonakshi Sinha gracefully performed the scene for the movie despite of huge number of crowd gathered on the streets watching the shooting. She didn’t get nervous of anything, nor anything distracted her.
The film title ‘Akira’ is a Sanskrit word which means ‘graceful strength’. ‘Akira’. The film is the Hindi remake of the hit Tamil film ‘Mounaguru’.
Sonakshi and Shatrughan will play real-life father and daughter on screen as well.
