In a very shocking incident in Pakistan, social media sensation, model Qandeel Baloch was strangled to death by none other than her very own brother. The incident is a deadly example of honour killing which is still prevalent in the country. The actress was in the region to visit her parents as her father was unwell and also to celebrate the festival of Eid with them.
Well, the reason behind the murder was unknown however reports suggest that the model was frequently threatened by the accused to stop posting her pictures and videos on social media.
Qandeel was well known on social networking sites Facebook and Twitter for her racy videos and risque pictures as well as explicit statements on social media.
Apparently, this didn’t go down too well with her brother and he murdered her in a fit of rage.
However, it seems like Qandeel had sensed her death approaching!
The model on 28th of June had tweeted a messaging saying:
“Qandeel is passed away… RIP”
This has been a shocking blow to everyone!
Did Qandeel Baloch apprehend her death? Could she see her murder approaching?
The post was uploaded about 3 weeks before her gruesome death. Was she receiving the spine-chilling threats since then!
Nobody knows… but this tweet indeed has sent all her fans in quite a big shock!
