Film received a lot of compliments for its direction and performance by the actors. In the coming weekend, having a Hollywood blockbuster film Furious 7 as a competitor, things don’t really look that great for director Dibakar Banerjee‘s film. But we still expect the film to do a decent business at the Box Office.

On the other hand, Furious 7 smashed all the opening records set by any Hollywood film in India and minted around Rs 12 Crore (120 millions) on its first day itself. American action drama is released in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The English and Hindi version itself earned around Rs 11 Crore (110 millions) at the Box Office on its first day.
The film happens to be late Paul Walker’s last film. Directed by James Wan, Furious 7 stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne Johnson and Bollywood actor Ali Fazal in a special appearance. The film received compliments and applauds from the critics. Furious 7 is expected to beat 2015’s highest grossing Bollywood film Baby’s record, which featured Akshay Kumar.
