MUMBAI: The Kapil Sharma directorial ‘I, Me Aur Main’, produced by Goldie Behl, starring John Abraham, Chitrangda Singh and Prachi Desai has failed to pick up the pace, from its rather slow opening weekend.

On day 4, Monday, the situation was grim with ‘I, Me Aur Main’ managing to rake in only Rs 7.74 million (Rs 77.4 lacs) net.

As reported, the John Abraham starrer ‘I, Me Aur Main’ opened to a very disappointing Rs 15 million (Rs 1.5 crore) on Friday, Day 1. Day 2, Saturday was only slightly better, with an approximate collections of Rs 17.5 million (Rs 1.75 crore) net. Sunday saw a mild surge with the film seeing collections of about Rs 20.8 million (Rs 2.08 crore net).

The four day total of the film stands at a dull approximate 61 million (Rs 6.10 crore) net.

So far, only the circles of Delhi and Punjab seem to be doing decent business, while the rest of the territories flounder.

With collections nosediving sharply thus, the future for ‘I, Me Aur Main’ looks bleak indeed. There has been no pick up in the collections so far, and it is unlikely that the film will sustain for much longer.
