Chitrangda Singh was recently in news as the actress is venturing into producing films.
Chitrangda Singh has joined the bandwagon of actresses like Anushka Sharma and Priyanka Chopra who have also turned into producers in the recent past.
Chitrangda Singh is debuting into producing and the first project that the actress will be working upon as a producer is on the story of an ace hockey player and former Indian captain Sandeep Singh titled Soorma. Actors Diljeet Singh and Taapsee Pannu have been roped into playing lead characters.
Infact what we have learnt is that Chitrangda Singh already has picked up on her next story. The actress is believed to join hands with Anees Bazmee for the film that will be directed by Abhishek Dogra.
“I had written a story that Chitrangda liked and she thought of producing it I will be overlooking the project.We are still working on the film, which is a dramedy.”
After directing comedies like No Entry, Welcome and Welcome Back, Anees Bazmee is set to produce a dramedy that will roll in 2018. Presently in the scripting stage, the film will be directed by Dolly Ki Doli filmmaker Abhishek Dogra, who kicked off his next film, FryDay, a situational comedy featuring Govinda and Varun Sharma, earlier this week in Delhi.
Chitrangda will also be seen in two very different avatars in her forthcoming films. The actress is starring in SBAG 3 and Bazaar.
