MUMBAI: Ready saw yet another great weekend at the box office. The movie, which is now in its third week, did net business of approximately Rs 80 million (Rs 8 crore). The breakup is as follows: Friday: Rs 17.5 million (Rs 1.75 crore), Saturday: Rs 22.5 million (Rs 2.25 crore) and Sunday: Rs 40 million (Rs 4 crore). Ready’s total net collections so far stand at Rs 1.08 billion (Rs 108 crore).
On the other hand, last week’s new release, Bheja Fry 2 also saw decent weekend collections. The movie’s opening weekend collections stand at approximately Rs 66.5 million. The movie’s collections over the weekend were: Friday: Rs 20.5 million (Rs 2.05 crore), Saturday: Rs 22.5 million (Rs 2.25 crore) and Sunday Rs 23.5 million (Rs 2.35 crore).
The other films that released alongside Bheja Fry 2 like Bin Bulaye Baraati, Always Kabhi Kabhi, Bhindi Baazaar Inc and Cycle Kick saw poor collections at the box office.
