Box Office: Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan First Day Collections

One of the most anticipated films of the year Bajrangi Bhaijaan has finally released. The Salman Khan– Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer film has been high on the minds of the audience ever since its inception. The film Bajrangi Bhaijaan with a festive release was expected to be one of the major hits of the year; with a celebrated day of Eid the film has proved to be crowd puller on the first day itself.

The film has witnessed an excellent performance on the first day gaining an opening of 65-70% on average. With Salman being in the movie, the film was obviously being termed as the one for the masses. The film is being said to be a different one as compared to other Salman Khan movies which are based on action, however Bajrangi Bhaijaan is more of a social message to the audience.

With the festival of Eid ending tomorrow, the film is expected to make bigger profit on the weekend. The weekend shows are almost witnessing filling fast boards due to a public holiday tomorrow. Directed by Kabir Khan the film also stars actress Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in key roles, one of the major part is being played by little girl Harshaali Malhotra.

Eid being the favorite spot of Salman for releasing his films, this time too the actor is hoping for a blockbuster hit with Bajrangi Bhaijaan. However one slight turn could take a toll on the film’s collection. With Baahubali gaining stupendous success on the ticket windows, Bajrangi Bhaijaan collections can be slightly affected. S.S.Rajamouli’s Baahubali have by far broken all records and still remains a must watch which could in turn be a nightmare for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Now we certainly look forward to Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s weekend collections.
