Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Nimani as the Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Nimani brings with him 18 years of varied experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, M&A, Legal and Investment Advisory. Earlier, he was ‘Group CFO’ of Dubai based Dar Capital Group having presence in India, Uganda, Australia & Dubai. Dar Media Private Limited & Dar Film Distributors Private Limited, the Indian subsidiaries of Dar Capital Group.
Making the announcement, Venky Mysore, CEO of Red Chillies said the role of a CFO has become critical for a production house considering the importance of growing the business in a competitive environment. Pradeep is a great addition to the Red Chillies team & will act as an important strategic partner to me.
Previously Mr. Nimani has been associated with Makhija & McArte Advertising, Upstart Advisors; Dubai based Signature Group, Sunidhi Securities & Investments in various capacities. His knowledge about finance is well acknowledged and referred to by his peers. His interest lies in keeping himself updated with the ever changing financial market.
