The 16th Indian Television Academy Awards (ITA) which took place last night witnessed who’s who of the television star. Television celebrities, Mouni Roy, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Sriti Jha, Karanvir Bohra, Helly Shah, Ronit Roy and many others were seen at their stylish best at the glitzy awards night.
Mouni Roy looked gorgeous and hot in the golden gown, while Debina looked gorgeous in her purple hued gown. Shabbir Ahluwalia made an adorable appearance with wife Kanchi, Roshni picked a multi-colored beaded jacket with black dhoti pants. The stars took over the red carpet with their classy sartorial picks.
Shabir Ahluwalia aka Abhi, won the Best Actor award in the popular category, while Anil Kapoor won the best actor award in jury category for his performance in 24 Season 2. , Little Ruhana Khanna bagged the award for the soap in Desh Ki Ladli – Most Promising Child Star category. Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel won the Best Jodi Award. Taarak Mehra Ka Ooltah Chashmah won the Best Comedy Serial award once again; Saavdhaan India got the award for Best Thriller.
