Shilpa Shinde said, “CINTAA is an artists’ association but it doesn’t help us in any way…we had proposed that artists who do episodic shows, who do not do fixed daily soaps should be given their per day salary immediately, they should be given 300 rupees for conveyance. But, nothing of that sort is happening!…actors are in dire need of work and producers are taking advantage of this and CINTAA is not taking any action.”
