Congratulations are in order! Sherlock TV star and everyone’s favorite Benedict Cumberbatch tied the knot with his long time love Sophie Hunter on Valentine’s Day. The two long-time lovers said “I do” in the presence of close friends and family on Isle of Wright in England.“Benedict and Sophie were married yesterday surrounded by their close friends and family. It was a magical day,” Benedict’s publicist, Karon Maskill said in a statement. The private wedding ceremony was attended by 100 family members and few close friends. After the ceremony, the newly wed couple and their guests celebrated the reception party at Mottistone Manor.
Last November, Mr. Holmes chose a very unique way to announce his engagement with theatre director Sophie Hunter. The two formally announced their engagement in the classified section of The Times. In January, Cumberbatch, 38, and Hunter, 36, gave their fans the good news! The two announced that they were expecting their first baby together. We are extremely happy for the newly wed couple and wish them all the luck on their this new journey together.
