Hollywood stars Charlize Theron and Sean Penn who were head over heels for each other just a couple of months back have shocked everyone by parting ways due to personal differences. The duo had only recently made public appearances together including their couple entry at Cannes Film Festival 2015. Reportedly Charlize was the one who stepped out of the relationship breaking up with Sean.

According to sources close to the celebrities, Charlize was feeling overwhelmed by the relationship and needed personal space for some time. The Madmax Fury Road actress had earlier given a statement expressing how lucky she is to be with Sean Penn. Sean who has married twice before stated that if at all he marries Charlize, it would be like it is his first marriage.
Earlier in an interview Theron had openly admitted her deep love for Sean Penn by saying ‘he’s the love of my life’. The duo was said to be secretly engaged at the end of 2014 and have already started planning their special D-day.
From what we hear the actress still absolutely admires and respects Sean Penn. While it is out in open that the engagement has been called off, no one really knows the reason behind this huge step. Few insiders have been claiming that the 39-year-old actress who is currently enjoying the success of her film Madmax: Fury Road couldn’t cope up with Sean’s serious nature and was missing the fun they used to have. While romance has ended between the duo that was dating since a year and a half, their friendship still remains strong.
