It has been in the news for a while that Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra was invited to dine with the Obamas at White House Correspondents’ Dinner 2016. Well, the day arrived and Priyanka looked nothing but stunning.
Priyanka joined the Obamas for the annual dinner along with a number of Hollywood celebrities held at the Washington Hilton on Saturday (April 30) in Washington, D.C.R. The 2016 White House Correspondents’ dinner is the final event as Barack Obama‘s reign as a President. The event was hosted by comedian Larry Wilmore.
Priyanka Chopra stunned in a black Zuhair Murad cleavage showing gown with Christian Louboutin heels. She kept her beach wavy and nude lips added the right amount of glamour to her entire look. The ‘Quantico’ actress took her Instagram account where she posted a picture with the Obamas. She wrote “Lovely to meet the very funny and charming @barackobama and the beautiful @michelleobama . Thank you for a lovely evening. Cannot wait to start working on your girl’s education program#whitehousecorrespondentdinner”.
Other major names who attended the dinner were popular show ‘Scandal’ stars Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn, Bellamy Young and producer and writer Shonda Rhimes. Oscar winner Jared Leto, ‘Breaking Bad’ star Bryan Cranston, ‘Harry Potter’ fame Emma Watson, Will Smitt along with wife Jada Pinkett Smitt and supermodel Kendall Jenner were among the big names.
Priyanka recently wrapped up the first season of her international series, ‘Quantico’. The actress is not taking a break at all. She flew back to Miami where is shooting for her first Hollywood film ‘Baywatch’ which is a reboot of a TV series. She took some time off to attend the prestigious White House event. Later, she will be back at her ‘Baywatch’ as she resumes shooting with Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.
