LOS ANGELES: Hollywood sweethearts Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart recently celebrated Kristen’s birthday on Tuesday, 9 April. Reports suggest that Robert Pattinson gifted his 23-year-old girlfriend a limited edition Bentley fountain pen worth 30,000 pounds, that is, almost Rs. 25 lakhs.
“Stewart has always collected pens, and has a variety of stylish ones so the 26-year-old actor decided to go big for her birthday this year and brought her a limited edition white gold Tibaldi Bentley Crewe fountain pen,” said a source close to the actress.
The source also indicated that Pattinson had Stewart’s name specially engraved on the pen with the year and wording “From R”. It is believed that there are only 40 of these pens in the world and have have a two-tone 18-carat yellow gold nib covered in rhodium and ruthenium and the barrel is identical to the dashboard used in Bentley’s earliest car. This makes it a very special gift and is also a real collector’s item.
Looks like the ‘Twilight’ couple have kept their differences aside, put the past behind and are looking forward to a lavish future together.
