The film received great reviews and lot of word of mouth making it one of this year’s highest grossing Hollywood films in its worldwide collections. Starring Matt Damon, The Martian produced by 20th Century Fox collected $593 million (Rs. 39.32 billion approx) marginally losing the 8th position to The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2.
