MUMBAI: Columbia Pictures’ with Happy Madison presents the trailer of Hollywood comedy film ‘Grown Ups 2’ – the sequel of the rib-tickling, American buddy film ‘Grown Ups.’
Directed by Dennis Dugan, the film features an ensemble of stars comprising of Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Taylor Lautner, David Spade, Chris Rock, Steve Buscemi, Jackie Sandler, Aly Michalka, Maria Bello, Maya Rudolph, Andy Samberg, Milo Ventimiglia, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tre Anthony, Steve Austin and Salma Hayek.
Sadly, the much loved Rob Schneider will not be reprising his role from the first film due to date conflicts.
The trailer of ‘Grown Ups 2’ is hilarious from the word go, giving us a flash back of part 1. A group of old friends share one unforgettable weekend together. And to give their kids a better life, the friends decide to move back to their hometown.
The plot revolves around Lenny (Adam Sandler) who relocates his family back to the small town where he and his friends grew up. It is the last day of school and this time around, the grown-ups are the ones who will be learning some lessons from their kids.
The trailer ends with the frat boys led by Taylor Lautner, challenging the grown-up men to jump off a cliff – buck naked – and thus claim ownership of cliff… Watch the trailer to know more!
‘Grown Ups 2’ is expected to release on July 12, 2013.
