Directed by Mora Stephens, the trailer for the one of the most awaited upcoming films is here and it looks extremely interesting. In the trailer of this political thriller drama film Zipper, we see Hollywood star Patrick Wilson as a lawman with small-town values and bright future in politics.
In the film, we see Game Of Thrones actress Lena Heady as Patrick’s wife, Jeannie Ellis, who wants to be first lady. The trailer reveals that Zipper is a not-so complicated political drama film and if there’s any mystery surrounding the film then its Patrick’s dark secret. Patrick has a bright future in politics and the only thing that can destroy his family and career is his addiction to sex and escort habit. In the film, Patrick plays the role of Sam Ellis, who has a perfect beautiful family, a crack team which includes a politico played by Richard Dreyfuss and image consultant John Cho, who plays the role of EJ in Zipper. The film will show Sam Ellis’ struggle with the constant pressure of campaigning. The trailer also reveals that slowly and slowly Sam Ellis starts to get attracted to his beautiful intern, played by Dianna Agron.
To get rid of the unwanted feelings for his intern and not cause any scandals, Sam Ellis has sexual intercourse with an escort and soon, his this “cure” becomes his addiction. Sam’s these acts can not only destroy his family but also his political career and in order to save the disaster Sam Ellis tries hard to cover his tracks. In the trailer, we hear Dreyfuss’ character George Hiller say, “Your mythology is your best asset,” which certainly goes well with the film’s story.
The political thriller drama Zipper also stars Dianna Agron and Penelope Mitchell. The film hits the theatres on August 28, 2015 in USA.
